Its a shame how bad I forgot what happened before the October break. It was International day again :) Even though it was not as busy as last time we had to sort things out. I did not cook, but teachers kept us working throughout the day. First we had to organize the gym, bring chairs, desks, set it all up on rags after folding them out, bringing devices to set up audio and so on. After this morning session we had to guide parents. This was a bit more boring, honestly, since there was one or two of them arriving every half an hour but then we could show everything around, take their bags and stuff they carried to help them and ask them if they needed anything else. After the day I caught my flight back to Hungary since I was leaving for a week, the holidays!

A new record
Just a quick update. Wasn't 2 months to break my record :) It was actually 5 days less than 2 months before I reached 112.5kg on my bench press. Actually my other exercises (Dead lift, Shoulder Press, etc) improved as well, except for Squats... Unfortunately 2 weeks ago I hurt my knee so bad its getting hard for me to walk, even a simple duck hurts my knee so much I fall on the ground instead of standing up. I'll have to see the doctor about it. I still do leg workouts, mostly isolation movements, but it really makes me sad. In December there is something called Brutal Challenge. It's a power-lifting event, including squats as an exercise and even if I couldn't go this year I'm trying to improve for next year, however without my knee its gonna be tough. (actually my right shoulder was killing me not so long ago as well but it got better for some reason. It still hurts sometimes which mostly affects my bench, but I hope I'll deal with it) Anyway, its a new goal to work for on any other exercises! Now I do not set a proper goal in terms of gaining strength, but I do set a weight loss goal. Christmas is coming and diet wont start until the new year, but then I will really try to go down as far as 80kgs (I'm 87 at the moment). There will be no strength gain probably since I will be eating less calories than I need, but I'll try my best to keep what I have.
I did not record my bench but I will the next time. If I could do it now I will next time as well! I better...

Cooking with Peter 5 - Another Bro's night
Not so long ago we planned another Bro's Night. It was Neda, Stefan, Shaun and I only tho. Ever since I saw an Epic Mealtime video on the internet about a fast food lasagna i wanted to do it, and I put this idea forwards as well. Neda didn't believe in the plan in the beginning, Shaun was eager as well and Stefan.. well Stefan always agrees to anything :) I convinced Neda to just try it, and as soon as we got the groceries and headed to her place we figured it wasn't only Neda who did not believe in the plan. Her mom made some other food in case we failed. This kind of made me sad, but she's never heard of our incredible cooking skills so we had to convince her as well. Her parents left the house, we started cooking. Neda minced the cheese, I cooked the meat sauce to which Stefan cut up the onions and Shaun made epic bacon weaves for layers in between the lasagna. After everything was ready we started creating. A layer of cheesburgers, than a layer of boiling meat sauce, a layer of bacon weave and then cheese. Repeat! On the very top we left a thinner layer of cheese so it cooks properly in the oven. It not only melted, but burnt a little bit, like on a pizza which made it perfect. I only have one picture, but I'll ask others to send me, or more pictures can be seen on their posts as well :) Yummy!

Lunch time coaching
Since I go to the gym a lot, even after school and during lunchbreak David and Fancesco asked me if I could suggest them anything so they can work out as well. Unfortunatelly the school equipment is pretty poor and unreliable but everything is possible if we have a barbell, dumbells and a bar, since most compund exercises can be done with them (bench, squats, deadlifts, lunges and rowing). This is my first time coaching anyone and I feel alive with it. I honestly don't know what kind of coach I am but I know my dream is to be a professional trainer. I like to make people enthusiastic about sport, set goals for them, and encourage a helathy lifestyle. I really can't imagine myself doing anything else in life, only if I really need to. This is a perfect chance for me to see if I'm good for the job and as far as i see it they like working out and others spotted my enthusiasm about it as well. I like the feeling. I have to be honest I'vee beeen lifting myself for so long (about two years) than I dont even remember problems that occured to me when I was'nt aware of the rules of bodybuilding. Its hard to realize that other might struggle with exercises I'm already comfortable with yet I'm trying to do my best. Sometimes I'm scared and make all the possible safety steps so no trouble occurs to Dave and Francesco (they don't get injured) but Im not an official trainer (yet). I'm not fully aware of tihngs of course. I don't have pictures but I will ask someone to take them sometime. Probably tomorrow, since we are all doing it every lunchbreak. The reason why I'm happy this opportunity was given is because I can also fulfill other Service requirements and help them in their Activity part of CAS as well. Pictures coming soon :)
Cooking with Peter (long time no update :( )
I havent updated for a while on my cooking, but unfortunately I was busy on weekends studying and honestly, my parents did the cooking... This weekend I managed to make time for myself to cook some 'Rizses hús' which is as simple as cooking up carrots, some pork, rice, some spices and cook it for a while. The carrots give a real good taste to it so my dad loves it :) I didn't try it actually, only when it was ready just to see what I made, but I honestly hate the taste of pork. Yet it is useful to practice since if my dad is not around I can cook it with chicken (he thinks that chicken is 'not meat' so I can't really cook those foods which he likes with chicken...) I also learned to cook a soup called 'Tárkonyos soup'. We cooked that with chicken so i just ate that instead.. the special thing about the soup is that when its ready you just put the juice of half a lemon in the bowl and it brings out all the taste :) This I'm definetly happy I learned, but this was intructed by my mother (she really knows how to cook it) Since both recipies are simple but tasty it was easy to learn making it! Here are some pictures of them. I think next time I will be able to do them without any help, really!

Weather club
Even though Weather Club started a while ago and data has been collected ever since since we work collaboretively together on this, it is still debatable what the real purpose is going to be. I'm hoping that we have stats from previous years of Weather Clubs, therefore we will be able to comapre this year's results and draw a conclusion whether Global Warming does take place in Moscow (therefore dealing with issues on a global scale )? If previous stats are not available I was thinking of posting the month's weather on the CAS board every month in a neat was to serve the purpose of inroming other students about weather changes in moscow, maybe giving a chance to next year's students to compare next year's weather with ours to do what we couldnt due to the lacking previous data. I just posted to mobilize the team on the topic so soon I will be updating what other ideas might pop into our heads to give a purpose to our Weather Club :)
This is how our plan looks like so far, and when I update next time I will include the picture of the data collected already!

Cooking with Peter 3 - Bro's Night
Last year we planned, cooked, filmed and ate a whole Pizza Burger which we though would be delicious. It was, however it was the ugliest food on earth and was falling apart by each second. The reason why we planned it was because Bros love food, and well we though we could be creative as well. Last Friday we made it again, and needless to say, it was beautiful. We put bacon weave, cheese, tomatoes, chicken nuggets and a huge ground beef pattie in it, allowing it to be called The Pizza Burger. We all worked hard on it for as long as 5 hourss including shopping and fooling around, figuring a way to cook it. My mom made us the pizzadough this time which was fluffy and white and perfect. The bacon weave was fried in a toast maker, onions were caramelized in a pen, the pizza was cooked in the oven but only after we cooked the meat well. I actually thought th pattie will fall apart, but after we cooked it with a lid on, then without for about an hour or so it came out pefrect, stiff. We were all proud of our first pizzaburger and so decided to meet more often to cook something epic together. Here's the only but amazing picture Neda took :) (She is considered as a Bro along with Shaun, Daniel, Stefan and Me)

Cooking with Peter 2
I actually don't know it is a Hungarian meal but I only heard us doing it so far. If I had to translate it it would be 'Layered cauliflower'. By its name it usually has layers in it(Layer of cauliflower, layer of sourcream, layer of bacon and fried breadcrumps, then repeat). And if there are no more layers, cover the whole thing in cheese, than put in in the oven and let it cook until the cheese gets crispy and brown. So we made it, but unfortunately I only realized I didn't take pictures only after the cooking, however I tried to get a normal shot with my phone on one of the slices.
It was actually amazing. I finished about 5-6 of these slices today... My next food might be anotherone like this, but called Layered potatoes, which has the same structure, but includes slight differences which make it a whole different :)

110kg - earlier than I thought
On one of my chest-days at the gym I decided to go ahead and try 107.5kg benchpress. It was'nt easy but I did it and I thought why not try 110kg? So I did, and I suceeded. I needed Shaun's help to spot me in case I drop it but it went okay. I was still concerned though... I decided not to reflect it on my blog, since I wasn't sure if it was a one-time thing or I really can do it. The next time we hit gym with Shaun I went straight for a 110 and just for the sake of proving it I recorded it. Now I'm confident about posting that I did bench my goal, stepping to the next part. I think the reason why I could do it was the big change we decided to make in our workouts. Instead of the regular 4sets/8-12reps we are going for 10/3reps which is basically rather strength training than bodybuilding (there is a difference :)) Anyway, I hit my goal and my next one is to bench 112.5kg in about a month or two. It's harder than one might think but I'll do my best :)
Here's the video of my benching my last goal:

CAS Plan year 13 - Vol 1.
Creativity
-As I mentioned before I like cooking... My dad is a great cook and the family cooks every weekend. My goal is to be the main chef from now on and learn to cook Hungarian Foods just like my dad does. I want it to be the same, and if it is not, we'll always do it next time :) I don't really have an exact plan which foods I'm going to make since it depends on our mood what we want to eat on weekends, but I will be updating my cooking every weekend! Of course we don't only eat Hungarian meals and it is not only my dad who cooks so if there's the case of cooking something else with my mom I will still do it. Cooking is important for several reasons. First off to pass on what my parents know, and secondly I might just be interested to be a cook in my future. If there are two things which interest me for sure is Sport and Eating. Well this bit contributes to eating because I love food and if I'm going to be on my own once, I rather eat the recipies I'm used to than those which I find on the internet :)
Action
-Even though I go to the gym every day and my goal is always : to lift heavier, I never had a certain goal I wanted to reach until a deadline. Since september Im doing Intermittent Fasting on schooldays, I eat regularly on Weekends, but I had to get used to it at first. I was weaker but I now that I'm into it I feel great, and so my goals are the following:
-My 1.rep max bench never reached 110kgs. My goal is to reach it by Winter. I dont know if December or February but for sure when the Winter ends I want it to be my max (or even more)
-My deadlift should go as high as 150kg/8reps, now im doing 140 with straight back, and even though I could do 150kgs, my form is not good enough.
-I front squat with 90kgs/c. 10-12 reps, but then by the last set its always about 6. My goal is to do 4x12reps by the same deadline - winter.
-Last time was the first case I could military press with 60kgs/4x6reps, however only with Shaun's help I could do the last 1-2 reps. my goal is to be able to do it alone by winter
Service
-Weather Club last year was less interesting than it is going to be this time. Our CAS coordinator offered the opportunity, however we had to realize theres not much point in doing it for ourselves. He is gone and there are difficulties reoraginizing the Weather Club, but I will do the schedule today so We can start ASAP. Our goal is that by the end of the year we will have 3 climate maps which show 2010/2011/2012's climate changes every from day to day. We compare them and conclude whether the global warming has an effect on Moscow according to the data and will represent it either in the school newspaper, either on youtube. It is still waiting to be sorted out, however after I talked to the school-news' editor I can say more exact aims.

Cooking with Peter
I've been cooking quite a lot lately and cooking things which I kind of already knew how to cook before. My CAS coordinator however made a pretty good point today. CAS should be interesting, challenging and something new every time, therefore from now on I decided I would cook things I've never even tried before. My dad is a great cook of Hungarian foods and I love what he does, yet I can't prepare half of the meals he usually cooks. My goal is to turn his cookingg experience into legacy and pass it on in the family by learning his techniques throughout the year. My parents left to hungary about a week ago, and the evening before my dad arrived pretty late so he couldnt cook for me for the whole week. Therefore i started to prepare the planned meal, pörkölt. He eats it with noodles, I eat it with rice, but the main point was the stew itself. I prepared it in about two hours and it truly needed more wine in it (he would have put twice as much :) )but it actually was similar to what he did.
- I increased my awareness of my own advantages in cooking
- Undertook a new challange in a sense
- And developed a new skill of cooking beef in stews.
Here is a picture of how it looks ( I just finished the last serving today and forgot to take a picture of my own, however managed to take a picture of the pencakes I made as well for dessert. The only problem is that I made those before and were delicious already)

Summer - all CAS outcomes have been met :)
During the summer I was active as well. Unfortunatelly I made a video only on my training courses, however there was more. Dodri and I (my girlfriend) lived together, just the two of us, for a months or so, which left me with quite a lot of domestic work :) He worked all day, I was the woman at the house which meant I learned how to handle the laundry and washing machine, cleaned the kitchen after preparing meals almost daily - pencakes, meats, rice, pasta, pizza, stews...- discovered the awesomeness of cleaning the toilet and making sure everything was on its place, such as water in the earth for our plants at home. Since I did make a video, I was quite proud of it, not just because it is a tranformation video, but because this is my first video I actually had to cut and insert to music to. Not the best so far I know, but it is just another thing I learned over the summer. Just like my other videos, it is on youtube, and here is the link to it:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XBOO7WWkBtc&feature=plcp
I also did a little something something for one of my best friends, tought him english, spoke with him almost every day to help him out for his further studies which also made me feel good since I didn't want to get out of shape as far as my english goes :)
Usually my sister lives at home, she is not with my mom, dad and me in Moscow, and doesn't really care about selecting any of our trash. Dodri decided to start it and I agreed, so as far as enviroment is concerned we did quite a lot of selecting: plastic bottles, just glasses, papers especially. We usually took it out to the selective trash once a week when my other friend came over with a car and it was easier to solve.

- I increased my awareness of my own strengths and ares for growth by learning further the secrets of film editing.
- Undertaken new challanges every day when I was at war with the laundry and flowers :)
- I also managed to plan my activity and do it - which meant at least 4 days in the gym every week- and it doesnt mean I didn't let go of myself, but still worked out!
- I might as well say I have shown commitment to the gym: If I do it in the summer - when I could be elsewhere with friends -, doing it in schooltime (every day on schooldays and weekends) and probabaly will for the rest of my life as long as I'm able to and I'm healthy. I love it too much...
- I have engaged with issues of global importance by selectively collecting the trash and considered ethical implications of my actons as well we might say
- And finally developed new skills when my mom told me how to cook snitzel ( I hope I'm writing it right), cakes, taught me to seperate dark from light when it came to washing clothes and all domestic actions.

Istra
To fulfill our 40 hours of coursework for Group 4 - science - we took a 5 day trip to the village Istra not so long ago. I was wondering a lot why in this school we never go to trips at all, and even if we do its for work... I actually though we would get some freetime, but to be honest we got 2 hours of freetime for lunch and diner and then we were dismissed at about midnight everyday to get some sleep. The first day we collaboratively worked together, when we discovered the region around the hotel and creatively drew up some maps. We also had to find some flags around the forest proving that we really did have a proper look around, by which we undertook new challanges.
From the first day to be honest things are kind of mixed up in my head, but I know for sure that we did more creative actions, such as building boats out of whatever we could find and set a race by the lake to see which boat can float further due to a chemical reaction. Funnily all of us failed, the reaction didnt work out for anyone the way we planned. On the boat we also worked together, increased our awereness of our own strength, and did planned initiated activity after its been built. We also played football for most of our 'freetime' which I actually really liked. I didn't liek to play football before, but I have to admit this time it was much fun! One week without my gym sounded scary to me, so I tried to be as active as possible. We also played Spotlight the last night, when we were flooded by a huge storm, but it only made it more fun. We took a picture of us afterwards as we are all soaked after the game full of nettle stings and mud. It was fun :)
We also showed perceverance and commitment in our activities on such days when we had to measure earth pH, light intensity and other scientific features in the middle of the forest and mosquito invasion, which not only happened once. These experiences were to be made regularly, only in different conditions - by the lake, on a hill under pinetrees, in the middle of the forest - but moswuitos were everywhere.
This is why I decided to do my own experience which I planned on my own, very much increased my awareness after the results of my experiment, used creativity to build my own equipment and undertook new challanges since I had to do everything on my own - e.g.: catching 45 mosquitoes :).
At the end of the day we missed Istra, especially when we had to go to school right the next day on saturday, and watched a photocollection made by Mr. Grey which included the funniest moments of Istra.

Swimming
Our new workout routine also consist of swimming days. Our days are now divided into an ABAB form, in which A-Weight Taining, B-Swimming. If sometimes we feel like skipping a swimday or we have much homework to do we just don'T bother to go. We are only humans, can't spend every single day in the gym either, eventhough I kind of want to :) Today was a skipping day since we went BBQing with my family to the place where we went with classmates before. Anyways after swimming we usually hit the sauna as well and one day I experienced sometihng absolutely new. I saw some guys gathering in front of the sauna and a girl as well pouring water into 12 cups. They cooled off the sauna a little bit, then entered, and so did I. The girl stood in the middle and started pouring 6 cups of water slowly on the rocks. Then the rest of the cups were just splashed on the wall to make the whole sauna wet. After 4-5 minutes, when everyting was done, they told me to lean forward and down, then the girl started propellering a towel above all of us. I thought my heart would stop any time it was so hot but good at the same time. I definetly learned something new and developed new skills that day and thought it would be interesting to write down such a story :) I'll upload pictures when I take the other ones for the gym as well!
Parent's Meeting
There have been many parents meetings before but I was never free to be able to help. This time I decided to act up and take the chance to provide some service. We were told to walk around the school and ask teachers or parents if they needed either tea or coffee. In New Mexico the question waiters/waitresses always ask was: "Red or Green?" - thinking of the chili to serve. Here it was now: "How much Milk and Sugar would you like?" I definetly increased my awareness of my own strength and areas for growth and developed new skills by carrying all types of cups and crackers around the school trying to avoid it to spill. I worked collaboratively together with MinJin and Sophia who made the coffees so I could serve them. It was a planned activity by Mr O'Conner, our CAS coordinator who helped us find service opportunities. Unfortunately between two busy minutes I absolutely forgot to take pictures but I'll ask the girls if they have any evidence!
Gym
A few months ago I decided to switch gyms so Shaun and I started attending the same one. Have to be honest the new gym way A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. It was highly equipped, there was saunas and swimming pool and spa and people who even speak english so I dont feel totally isolated :) The only disadvantage was the price but my parents agreed on a yearly membership since I dont really spend on anything else but sport. Also so far we've been doing a given workout programme, however I really felt it wasnt intense enough and didn't allow me to make some more Gainsss..by this I mean I went through a Bulking phase which is basically when the body is constantly in a calorie surplus so anabolic reactions are not lacking so the most muscle is built. I probably didn't tear up the muscles hard enough so they were shocked and forced to grow. Now I really need to get rid of the bodyfat I gained but already changed a workout plan from: Back+Biceps, Chest+Triceps, Shoulders+Legs to Back+Shoulders, Legs (we never really worked our legs but now I'm sore as hell :) ) and Chest+Arms. Also I updated the workouts with new movements such as Arnold Press(shoulders), Clean and Jerk (back and shoulders) etc... We'll see how it works out, but I developed new skills when I created our own workout routine, we work collaboratively together when the other needs a spotter and also motivation to eachother, I'd consider it as planned activity since we follow a workout plan which also tells what days we work out on and which days we rest. I want to make a video by the way, a motivational one, but Shaun right now is sick so I'll have to postpone the making of it. Until the video comes out I'll take pictures and upload them as soon as possible!

BBQ 'n' Park trash
In the school other students don't really plan anything to do together so Shaun and I decided to forecast a BBQ for everyone. We basically planned and initiate an activity and worked together as well as undertook new challenges by organizing everything to fit everyone's timetable. It was non profit for us and gave just as much money in as others, however we went shopping for ovder 3 hours to get everything, carried them all home and in the morning transported everything to the park on the bus as a little service to the rest of the guys. Mark also helped us the first time and Daniel was there for us too on the second BBQ since we did all this twice. There was one thing which really bothered us during the BBQ tho. I personally think this could happen mostly in Russia since other countries at least try and keep their parks tidy. Along a small river there were heaps of trash from all kinds of thing. Plastic, paper, chairs and everything people can imagine or throw away as rubbish. Of course not all, but we decided to collect as much as we could and place them into the nearest trashbin by which we could consider ethical implications and maybe engage with issues of global importance since burning everything was not an option for us.
Music
In my younger years I really wanted to be in a rockband. Metal and all that kind of music played a huge role for me and still does. For other's i might be a creep but I can fall asleep on Slipknot, while to others its just pure noise. I was a member of 2 bands, but unfortunately none of them was serious at all. With one other member we started to meet regularly even though he lived way out of town, about 80kms away from Budapest. He is still a musical genius and I really admire his work, so I asked him to show me the music program he uses. He first started of with Guitar Pro 5 and tought me a bounch of things so I increased my awareness of my own stength and developed new skills. I loved creating music and as we grew older I opened up to a lot of different music styles also. This song i uploaded might not be art to others but the fact I made it makes me feel it is. It is just a hobby we both do together so we work collaboratively with others. Of course he is the master of it, still helps me out sometimes but I like to put the music in my head to real sounds just as in the soundtrack I was going to upload above but couldn't. I uploaded it to youtube and here is a link for it! I had to struggle and add pictures, converting and stuff but it only did good as I developed new skills again.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tmXlJOFlxqg&feature=youtu.be
For me it doesnt matter if its a song or just some sounds which match in my head, ill write it down. Hope you enjoy it :)

Red Cross
I included two services related to the red cross. When I was home I could fortunatelly complete both of them, but blood donation was a bit more difficult to succeed. As far as my clothes are concerned I gathered all of them into 2 fully loaded black garbage bags which were the only good size bags to carry the cloths around properly. There are several containers in Hungary set up by the Red Cross so I just had to place the bags into them and they are donated wherever they fit according to their schedule.
For the blood donation I had to struggle a bit and go 3 times because for the first time they wouldn't accept only the copy of my insurance which was pretty annoying..
The second time I did bring my original insurance but my girlfriend and I were in such a hurry that we barely ate anything so we decided to drink some sugary drinks before the donation. As soon as they spotted us told us that there is no way they are going to take blood if we did not eat, so it was a stupid idea to admit it. I have to be honest I never donated blood before and though it would be alright if I drink a coke or something before the donation.
The third time went perfectly well tho. There was a donation truck parking, actually pretty close to, where I live, on Örs Vezér's Square that day (we always checked on the internet where it is possible) and succeeded :) It was hard but managed to take some pictures too! It might look like a bracelet, it's not :) It's a tube with my blood in it :O

Lunch Time Club
Eventhough the club I planned was about building snowmen and rating them, it turned into something totally different, however I enjoy it a lot more. Not too long ago Shaun, Stefan and I started to go to the gym, just the three of us. We started doing a so called 'Insanity workout' but only the videos which are short enough to finish up on time and get to our next class.
It was AWESOME. We were suffering, grunting, screaming and shouting by the end of that 30 minutes but we loved it. We decided to go every day until the summer but only to workout the abdominals since we go to the gym after school and not to mess up our regular workout plan. If there was more time/equipment/room it could expand into something even better because:...
...the three of us attracted a lot of people :) People first just came and watched how ridiculus we look but we just told them to try it, so they did. Yesterday almost 20 people was there, today maybe a bit less but it will soon be known who is a daily visitor and who is not.
Even lower grade students tried to work out with us and we were pretty proud with the guys :)
We will keep doing it and I think many other people will, since wasting the time on NOTHING during the 1 out gym is now seems a catastrophy now that we know so much better to do.
Actually it is my dream coming true since im really in love with fitness/bodybuilding and this is exactly how I imagined my future too, in a full time job of course.
We haven't taken any pictures yet but I'm sure they are coming :)

Winter Sport's Day
So on the 13th of March our Winter Sports Activity day was held. It was awesome :) Thibaut, Kirill and I were one of the groups who had to do their activity outside of the school, and even though we expected an extremly cold weather for the whole day it was sunny and nice :) So now it is obvious that our work had to be done collaboratively together. This is only one of the many outcomes done that day, because it was a really fast going day with a bounch of things to be done!
So our group agreed on a Touch-Rugby game in the meter high snow which was scary for the first time but after some of us from Year 12 tried it out we figured its fun as hell :) I mean tackling each other in the snow, running with knees up high with no other aim but to reach a goal line made our days. I didn't even know the rules before so I also increased my awareness of my own strength and areas for growth while playing a new sport and undertook some new challenges when I was playing!
So we planned our activity and set it up behind the volleyball and football course, put some poles down for endzones and sprayed the snow with lines so its obvious where the course was.
I also developed new skills when I was being a referee and figured that it wasn't really about the rules but the fact that its supposed to be fun..so we changed the rules sometimes to avoid chaos but allow lower grade students to enjoy the game in the snow.
There were many other activities such as building different kind of animals or characters out of snow and paint them, an obsticle course was set up (and I honestly think that was the BEST activity since you could revenge all your anger when a teacher was running the course since it was allowed to throw snowballs (snowblocks :D:D) at them to make it harder to succeed :P), also there were inside activities which I didn't really get to see but I'm sure they were fun as well :)
I also uploaded some pictures and when I lokk at them I realize what a perfect day was picked to do all this. The snow hasn't been so good to build anything for a really long time and I still don't get how our teacher's picked such a good day to do all this :)
Thank God weather is getting warmer day by day in Moscow too so everyone in general is in a better mood too :)
Hope you like the pics!

In thy Gym.
I have been going to a gym somewhere around Novie Chereyomusky since the beginning of the year. Even though I wanted to take it seriously I went home to Hungary every 1.5 months and that 1 or 2 weeks of skipping made things difficult. Since the winter holiday I cleaned up my diet, I attend the gym 5-6 times a week (3days of workout then one day of rest). I struggled a bit to show evidence so I made a video but had to change format, so I decided to upload it to youtube :
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t5N3cUi9gCw&feature=youtube_gdata
On this video I'm showing the right form of doing a Deadlift(125kg) (this was my 'back and bicep day'). I'm pretty exhausted by this time since this was my very last bit of the whole workout routine for the day but I decided to capture it so I asked my friend (and the coach of the gym) to handle the phone. We could say this is working collaboratively together since my russian is pretty bad but we manage to talk half english half russian and solved the problem :)
By commiting myself to pretty strict diet and excersising rules now I'm undertaking new challanges, since I have been lifting weights for years now (and will be for a long time - I know it :)) I'm showing perseverance and commitment in this activity and I'm always developing new skills when I listen to my friend giving me advices on things such as the right form of doing a Deadlift.
I also increased my awareness of my ares of growth and again undertook new challanges by figuring how to upload and format a video (never done before :))
I hope you like the video:)

Pancake in a cake - smart
Last time I showed how I make my own protein bar I usually eat in the school during little breaks to keep hunger away and still eat something healthy.
Today I'm going to write about a cake I made for my family during my sickness. I had to sit at home for over a week and I was bored out of my mind so I made something every day. I totally forgot to take pictures of the other foods but when I make them again I will definetly not skip taking them.
To stay at a healthy level I made these pencakes from minced oat, eggs, lowfat milk (0.5%), and olive oil. I thought its not gonna taste as good as the original ones but I think there was no significant other than the size of the pencake. I couldnt grind the oat into a clear powder so it was made up of bigger oatpieces.
It didnt matter when I decided to put one on another and put some creamy choclety, yet no sugary filling and some dried pineapple pieces between the layers.
I also forgot to take a picture of the final product and eventhough my family is not really into this diet thing they ate more than half of the cake after the chrispy chicken supper. (I also cooked some chicken:) )
Here are some pictures though from the preparing and one after consuming the half of it :)
During this activity I:

Protein Bars
Those who know me can support the fact that I am obsessed with food. Not only in the 'bad' way that I eat a lot, but I really WATCH what I eat. My calorie intake a day, my workout(there will be another post on that for Action soon) and how I manage to succeed.
I look up many healthy diet foods on the internet and yesterday I decided to make my first one. I read about nutritions all the time and increase my awareness of my own strenght and especially areas of growth.
Today also (because it was SO good) I made a homemade protein bar. In the future Ill make more and post pictures later :)
All I needed was the ingredients and i was commited. Theres everything what is good for your health:
Protein from nuts, peanut butter (natural one - no trans fat and added sugar) and oats, also some healthy fats and slow digesting carbs to last long during a hard.studying day and keep the brain awake. Its full of vitamins and nutritions from the oatmeal, milk and especially the honey which I use for sweetening. Good source of fast absorbing protein from a little bit of protein powder (awesome for a diet) and healthy dried fruits such as rasins, pineapples and papayas. For better amino acid absorbation theres a small amount of dark chocolate (85%) and it also gives it a really good mass besides the nice taste with peanut butter. One bar makes a perfect in-between meal for me in a short break with 200-300 calories and I also get my protein intake. :) Pictures are coming!!!
(if somebody needs recipie feel free to ask but you can find a bounch on youtube also!!!)
Xmas Party
Just before we went to our christmas holiday we organized a christmas party in the school! It was to have fun and get some work done at the same time, since a fund raising action was in process also. On the last friday afternoon all students worked hard to decorate and set up all the equipments for disco, where we worked collaboratively together. First we all learned a song or made up a play and presented it in front of the school. My group learned the Australian 'Santa bring me a Dinosaur' and develpoed new skills with Mrs. Grey (my Higher level English teacher) and dressed into pijamas for the performance period like if it was Christmas Eve. We had been practising for a while, a dance and the way to sing it and did it as a planned and initiated activity. After the perfonces everything turned dark, the DJs stood by their desks and so did me at a buffet stand sending chocolate bars and drinks to lower grade students during the hard bass disco.. We made really good amount of money which the school finally turned into charity money to support a trained dog for blind people to walk them. Today our school handed the money to the charity and were engaged with issues of global importance. engaged with issues of global importance. Later a woman told us about the dog even brought it into the school and made some good impressions with what the dog was capable of! We loved it :) I'll attach pictures if I get them because I did'nt make any myself :)
