Chest routin

This is what we do on our chest days. I actually forgot to record the incline dumbbell bench press, but ill record it and put it up later on for sure :)

Bench - 10x3
Cable "pushdown" - 4x10-12
Incline Dumbbell Bench - 4x6-8
Dips - 4x6-8
Flies - 4x 10-12
